Def Jam Rapstar gets UK street date

Word to your mothers.

Konami has announced that hip-hop karaoke game Def Jam Rapstar will be released on 5th November.

The game will be available on PS3, Wii and Xbox 360.

Developer 4mm Games has taken the opportunity to announce more songs in the game. They are Salt-N-Pepper's "Push It", Biz Markie's "Just a Friend", Drake's "Best I Ever Had", Outkast's "So Fresh, So Clean" and Tinchy Stryder feat. N-Dubz's "Number 1". The latter is exclusive to the UK. What a shame.

4mm Games has also revealed that DJ Premier and Just Blaze will provide beats for the Freestyle Mode. This, Def Jam hopes, will inspire budding rappers to spit their lyrics all over the game's tailored community site so agents can lap-up hopefuls.
