Cliff Bleszinski teases new career news - and confirms it's "not game related at all"

"Sh** is toxic AF."

Cliff Bleszinski has teased he'll possibly have "career related" news to share soon - and confirmed it's "not game related at all".

When Boss Key shut down earlier this year, Bleszinski said he'd "take some time off and reflect" but assured fans that "video games will forever be a part of who I am and I hope to make something new again someday". Last month, however, after a heated exchange with a disgruntled fan, Bleszinski said he would "NEVER" make another video game and it seems Bleszinski very much meant what he said.

"Possible new career related news coming soon," Bleszinski tweeted yesterday. "Not game related at all. Cross your fingers for me - this could be a dream gig I've had since a kid."

"Just kinda over it, buddy, honestly. Shit is toxic AF," he said, replying to a tweet that asked if he really was distancing himself from games. "As I've said plenty of times, I like a lotta stuff besides games. Film, TV, comics, Broadway, American HandEgg, Karaoke, uh, sleep."

LawBreakers and Radical Heights developer Boss Key shuttered in May. "As of today, Boss Key Productions is effectively no more", Bleszinski's statement said at the time. "Four years ago I set out to make a world class video game studio and I hired some of the best talent in the videogame industry. They worked tirelessly to produce quality products and, while we had our ups and downs, I'd like to think we had fun doing it."
