BC Rearmed team forms new studio

Former GRIN staffers now Might and Delight.

The team that made much-loved downloadable side-scroller Bionic Commando Rearmed has formed a new studio called Might and Delight.

The developers plan to continue in the same modern retro vein, according to their press release and website.

"We are here to repeat our former success!" they said. "It's no secret that Might and Delight loves retro. We adore the delicate simplicity found in many old games. Our goal is to create experiences that look to that simplicity while providing something fresh and accessible!"

The team are former employees of GRIN, the Swedish studio that made both Bionic Commando Rearmed and its subtitle-free big brother for Capcom. In the end, the XBLA and PSN arcade game reviewed better than the big-budget revival, while GRIN closed down last summer.
