Batman: Arkham VR out soon for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift

Spreads its wings.

Batman: Arkham VR sheds its PlayStation VR exclusivity soon.

Rocksteady's virtual reality Batman spin-off comes out on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift on 25th April with support for both the Oculus Touch and Vive Controllers, as well as full gamepad support on PC, including the PS4 DualShock 4, Xbox One controller and the Steam controller.

Simon Miller penned Eurogamer's Batman: Arkham VR review, slapping it with a recommended badge.

"Arkham VR could be thrown into the 'tech demo' category that so many games at this stage will be, and that wouldn't be a total disservice," he wrote. "It is more of an experience than anything else. At the same time, however, that's failing to understand or appreciate what this is: a superbly crafted concept that satisfies an itch many people have been craving for years."
