Infogrames put Horizon on the horizon

Do you see what I did there? Clever.

Infogrames (and not, for example, Atari. No siree...) has announced that it's going to be publishing Horizons, a massively multiplayer online RPG currently in development by Artifact Entertainment.

In development for two years, Horizons is an ambitious and potentially absorbing online-only title, capable of supporting tens of thousands of players. Newcomers are able to select from nine different races for their character and set off exploring the vast world set up for them, where they can meet other players and form guilds, merchant communities, huge defensive fortresses, and beards. Probably.

You can gather more information about Horizons and sign up for the beta at the official website.
