NiCE Time update

Massively multiplayer RTS (ooh Matron!) Time of Defiance has been updated to version 4.410b, apparently, and the 10MB patch can be found at www.timeofdefiance.com.

The new version of the game adds several new objects (a Cog Fighter Tower to launch fighters from the ground, a Quantum Receiver silo sort of thing to hold resources, and a configurable Cog Battle Platform), makes important changes to the gameplay (mostly technical), and fixes a few bugs.
