Free BeOS?

Jay "BeOS Boy" Adair, our web monkey and resident BeOS fanatic, sends word that a free version of the next release of the "multimedia operating system" BeOS will be available, as well as the normal full commercial release.

The freebie version will weigh in at a modest 40-60Mb, and you will even be able to run it on a Windows system without having to mess around with partitions. Watch for it appearing in the next couple of months...
