Gran Turismo 5 dated for Europe
Just one day after North America.
Sony has revealed that epic racer Gran Turismo 5 will be released on 3rd November in Europe.
The announcement was made at the company's press conference ahead of this week's Gamescom convention in Cologne, Germany.
Kazunori Yamauchi's labour of love will arrive on these shores just one day after GT5 sees the light of day in North America: the 2nd November US launch was announced at E3.
It's really happening. Isn't it?

Loving all the negs, by the way. Nice to see some good old fashioned over-reaction.

that's exactly what I was thinking.
"Oh I'll not bother with GT this time, I've got Forza 3 and a pile of other games to play"
Then come Nov 3rd I'll be home with the GT box before I realise!

@ the xbots posting the same old tired jokes about delays, what sad little creatures you really are

I'm sure it'll be lovely. But if it's not, there will be even more shits and giggles.

I don;t think it's really fair to blame 'xbots' for the yawn comments, Polyphony deserve every single yawn comment out there if you ask me. Although anyone who uses the word xbot is obviously totally biased in the other direction anyway so I don't even know why I'm bothering to question their logic. Brandloyaltylol

I think it's only fair that we consumers delay our purchase by the same amount of time as this game has been delayed. Give them a taste of their own medicine and all that.
Aw, who am I kidding?

While Forza was great it had no night racing and no weather which is 2 features it could of easily implemented imo, no doubt Forza 4 will have them.
With F1 and GT5, PS3 owners have all the racing they need

The PS3 only came out (in the UK) in the March/April 2007, so 3.5 yrs late come this november.
The only reason I remember this date was because I was put onto "Garden leave" with nothing to do but twiddle my thumbs - then the PS3 got released
