You can earn special in-game rewards as part of EA's Play to Give charity event

Participating titles include FIFA 18 and Battlefront 2.

EA's Play to Give charity event is now on, and you can win a variety of special in-game rewards by completing challenges in participating games, including Battlefield 1, FIFA 18, and Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Play to Give runs until Sunday, June 3rd/Monday, June 4th in the UK, and is intended to "celebrate play and inclusion within our game communities", according to EA. As part of the event, the publisher will be contributing $1 million USD apiece to three charitable organisations: United Nations HeForShe, PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center, and Ditch the Label. You can find out more about each of those on EA's Play to Give webpage.

The event's gaming component is spread across nine participating EA titles, and you can earn special in-game rewards by completing specific objectives in each one.

If you manage to score 15 goals across any FUT mode in FIFA 18, for instance, you can unlock a special kit, and if you head into Mass Effect Andromeda's multiplayer mode and successfully complete the Celebratory Mission, you can earn an APEX Elite Pack. Other titles keep things a bit simpler, however, merely requiring you to log in to secure your reward.

The full list of participating games is as follows: Battlefield 1, FIFA 18, Star Wars Battlefront 2, NBA Live 18, Mass Effect Andromeda, Madden NFL 18, Star Wars: The Old Republic, NHL 18, and Need for Speed: Payback. Challenge availability times vary by game, so it's worth heading to EA's other Play to Give webpage for more precise details.

EA Play to Give ends at 11:59pm PT on Sunday, June 3rd/Monday, June 4th at 7:59am in the UK.
