XBLA Summer of Arcade games get dates

Trials HD! Marvel vs. Capcom 2! Etc.!

Major Nelson has revealed a bundle of release dates for this year's Summer of Arcade titles over on his blog.

First up is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-shelled. It's a spruced up version of the arcade beat-em-up and is being released on 22nd July.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 will arrive a week later, complete with 56 characters. Make Ryu and Wolverine fight each other in glorious HD. There are online multiplayer and tag-team options.

Coming on 5th August is Splosion Man. The titular character can "splode himself at will", taking out everything around him in the process. There are more than 50 single-player and 50 multiplayer levels to play through.

Trials HD will arrive on 12th August - it's a m0t0rb1k3 racer with over 50 tracks and two modes. You can customise your character, create your own tracks and share them online.

And finally, Shadow Complex will be available from 19th August. It's the XBLA title Epic showed off at E3 - a side-scrolling adventure game with more than 10 hours of gameplay on offer.

With the exception of Splosion Man, all the titles mentioned above will cost 1200 Microsoft Points (GBP 10.20 / EUR 14.40). Sposion Man comes in at 800 Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60).
