Here's big discounts on Western Digital Blue SN550 SSDs

Get more space and spend less cash with these SSD discounts.

If you're planning on building a new PC or are thinking of upgrading but missed out on January sales- you'll be pleased to know there are still some decent deals floating around to help you improve your build's storage and load times, without having to pay full price. While hard drives can offer a lot of space, SSDs are faster and PCIe drives slot right into your motherboard, saving space inside your case.

Memory gets faster and cheaper every year, so when memory manufacturers like Western Digital have a sale on their ranges of SSDs, you can get a really good upgrade for your PC at a great price.

Right now, there are savings on the WD_Blue SN550 lineup of SSDs, with four different options between 250GB and 2TB or storage. The best saving is on the biggest capacity SN550. The 2TB version has read speeds up to 2,600 MB/s and is £139.99 on the Western Digital store, a massive saving of £72.

You can also save money on the 1TB, 500GB, and 250GB variants of the SN550. All three have the same read and write speeds as the 2TB version, so you can pick which one best matches your budget and storage needs.

The SN550 1TB is currently reduced by 44 percent on Amazon, making it less than £70, while the 500GB is now down to £52.15 on Amazon (was £75.99). The 250GB is cheapest on the WD store and it's reduced by £12 down to just £27.99.

While this SSD isn't compatible with a PS5, you can check out Digital Foundry's best PS5 SSDs page if you need an upgrade to your console.
