Video game developers donate portion of sales to War Child

World of Tanks, Verdun 1914, Democracy 3 and 1979 Revolution all involved.

A raft of video games are donating a portion of their sales to War Child's Armistice fundraising campaign this month.

The developers of World of Tanks, Verdun 1914, Democracy 3 and 1979 Revolution: Black Friday are all donating a portion of their sales.

War Child's Armistice is a fundraising campaign that encourages peaceful gameplay to support children affected by conflict.

World of Tanks is selling packs of three or 10 peace emblems for players to wear. All net proceedings go directly to War Child.

The makers of Democracy 3 and 1979 Revolution: Black Friday will donate the net income of their sales to War Child for a period. Democracy 3 will do this from 21st November to 2nd December, while Revolution will do this from 28th November to 2nd December.

And from 16th-31st, Verdun 1914 will sell a Christmas Truce DLC on Steam, inspired by the truce between French, German and British soldiers for Christmas 1914.
