Valve hires Far Cry 2, Splinter Cell VIP Clint Hocking
Maybe he'll work on Half-Life 3, speculate speculate.Clint Hocking, best known for his creative-lead roles on Far Cry 2 and Splinter Cell, has been given a job by Valve.
He hasn't said what job yet, but he did tweet a picture of his son climbing the, err, giant valve-tap sculpture at Valve HQ. "Arrival," he wrote, "(and son)".
Hocking left his creative director post at LucasArts after two years in June, but he couldn't say where he was off to next.
Hocking didn't manage to get any games released, or even announced, during his time at The House That Lucas Built. "Worked on unannounced projects," is all he shares on LinkedIn.
