The next Street Fighter 5 DLC character is Kolin

Capcom's announced the next Street Fighter 5 DLC character: Kolin (pronounced "Colleen").
As you can see from the video below, Kolin has icy abilities, a parry and can easily dodge projectiles.
Kolin's V-Trigger, Diamond Dust, freezes the opponent's stun gauge. While in this special state, the stun gauge will not deplete and if Kolin is successful in stunning the opponent, they will be frozen in place.
Kolin first turned up in Street Fighter 3 as an agent of the Illuminati and Gill's assistant. She played a major role in Street Fighter 5's story mode, which came out last summer, under the guise of a mysterious Russian woman who revives the corpse of Charlie Nash.
Kolin, due out on 28th February, is the second DLC character to be released from season two of the fighting game, and follows Akuma. Four more new characters will be added throughout 2017.
