Someone really did want a pink Darth Vader in Star Wars Battlefront 2

Remember when EA bigshot Blake Jorgensen said you probably wouldn't want a pink Darth Vader in Star Wars Battlefront 2? He was wrong.
Someone wanted pink Darth Vader so much they decided to take matters into their own hands and make the costume themselves.
Do you also remember when Jorgensen said, in the same breath, Darth Vader in white "probably doesn't make sense"? The same modder, Destauchi, disagreed yet again.
Both pink and white Vader colourings can be downloaded from Nexus Mods (thanks PC Gamer) and used with the PC version of Star Wars Battlefront 2 via the Frosty Mod Manager.
But heed their warning: "WARNING! MAY BREAK CANON!"
Another Star Wars Battlefront 2 PC costume mod you may be interested is for Kylo Ren. It's based on Saturday Night Live's 2016 Undercover Boss skit, in which Kylo Ren dresses up as a low-ranking technician to find out what his Starkiller Base staff really think of him. Meanwhile, in more serious land, Star Wars Battlefront 2 continues to operate with suspended microtransactions. They will return, according Blake Jorgensen - speaking at the same conference the 'pink Darth Vader' quote came from - but when and in what guise, we don't know. Perhaps when Star Wars: The Last Jedi leaves cinemas?
