Short and arty Dishonored videos set story, star Kick-Ass girl

Bethesda's Dunwall to secure her.

Too-self-important-by-half production company Psyop has put together three very stylish story-setting videos for Dishonored.

Dishonored: The Tales From Dunwall - Part 1 has been released, and is narrated by the girl from brutal superhero film Kick-Ass: Chloe Grace Mortez. She can't have been cheap, nor could Dexter composer Daniel Licht have been.

Part 1 tells the story of Esmond Roseburrow, the philosopher who discovered whale oil as an energy source and sparked an industrial revolution.

But whale oil - called trans - was also weaponised by the government. And the corruption it bred led to Roseburrow's despair and ultimate demise.

Dishonored will be playable at the Eurogamer Expo in London this week. The game's makers will also be presenting their creation at length and on stage at the show on Friday, 28th September.

Dishonored's out in Europe on 12th October.
