Ron Gilbert's match-three puzzler Scurvy Scallywags gets a trailer
It's already been submitted to the App Store.
Monkey Island and The Cave creator Ron Gilbert has issued a trailer for his upcoming iOS match-three puzzler Scurvy Scallywags in The Voyage to Discover the Ultimate Sea Shanty: A Musical Match-3 Pirate RPG (or SSITVTDTUSS:AMMTPRPG for short, as Gilbert calls it on his blog).
Gilbert noted that a build for Scurvy Scallywags has already been submitted to the App Store, so it should go up very soon. We'll update when an official release date is announced.
Scurvy Scallywags sees Gilbert reuniting with his old pal and DeathSpank co-creator Clayton Kauzlaric. The pirate-themed puzzler revolves around a bunch of buccaneers sailing the seas in search of the ultimate sea shanty. I reckon it's a verse of that we hear at the end of the debut trailer.
