Mutant Mudds, Dementium dev making a first-person shooter for Nintendo eShop

New IP, will support the Circle Pad Pro.

Mutant Mudds and Dementium developer Renegade Kid is making a first-person shooter for the Nintendo eShop.

It is the first FPS for Nintendo's digital platform - that is, unless High Voltage's Conduit launches on it first, Renegade Kid's Jools Watsham pointed out on Twitter.

Also on Twitter Watsham confirmed that the mystery FPS is a new IP and does not have multiplayer. "Our 3DS FPS is strictly focused on single-player," he said.

Controls wise, it will use a similar set-up to that of Renegade Kid's Dementium series, that is, controlling the camera with the touch-screen. The Circe Pad Pro is also supported.
