Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 has Japanese voice-over

Arigato!

Our version of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy 13 has Japanese voice-overs, Square Enix has announced. It's a first for the fantasy role-playing series.

The original Japanese voice-overs will be available as a free download during the first two weeks of the game being on sale. The game launches here on Valentine's Day (14th February).

After this period, the Japanese voice-over pack will be paid DLC.

It includes lip-synching that differs from the English-language voice track already included with the game, "to ensure a more natural and localized game experience", Square Enix said.
