Level-5 working on Ace Attorney series?
No objection!Dragon Quest IX developer Level-5 is teaming up with Capcom for a future Ace Attorney game, according to a mysterious tweet from a Level-5 employee.
The post, which appeared on the Twitter account of Level-5's Jiro Ishii, was in response to a question from Square Enix's Jin Fujisawa. Translated by Andriasang, it read "Huh? Oh, Gyakuten XX. I'm making it, with Mr. Takumi!"
Gyakuten XX is the Japanese name for the Ace Attorney series, created by Capcom's Shu Takumi.
This does not seem to be a reference to the recently announced Ace Attorney Investigations 2 - that goes by the name of Gyakuten Kenji in Japan.
Perhaps Ishii-san is referring to the collaboration that Capcom boss Keiji Inafune announced earlier this week?
We've asked Capcom for clarification and will update if it decides to comment.
