Like the horrifying animatronic animals that make up its malicious cast, Five Nights at Freddy's 2 has seemingly come out of nowhere on Steam where it costs £5.59 /$7.99.
Its development cycle couldn't have been that long as the first Five Nights at Freddy's debuted only three months ago in early August. In fact, it was only three week ago that developer Scott Cawthon was asking for votes on Steam Greenlight.
Much like the first Five Nights at Freddy's, this sequel puts you in the shoes of a security guard tasked with overseeing a children's restaurant/fun center during the wee hours of the night when its animatronic animals come to life and seek to turn you into one of them by mushing your body into another automaton.
The soulless machinations won't move when you're looking at them through a camera feed, but they will migrate towards you when ignored, so you have to stay vigilante and do your best to monitor these monstrosities closely.
