Double Dragon II remake for XBLA

Wander of the Dragons out in September.

A remake of classic side-scrolling brawler Double Dragon II scraps its way onto Xbox Live Arcade this September.

As reported by Co-Optimus, the game is currently in development at Korean studio Barunson Interactive and will set you back 1200 Points.

Subtitled Wander of the Dragons, you can expect a new visual style, a modern combo system and a few extra special moves. See the gameplay footage below for a closer look.

Online play hasn't been confirmed but there will be a Vs. Mode and Survival Mode.

The original game arrived in arcades back in 1988 titled Double Dragon II: The Revenge, before later being ported to the NES, Sega Mega Drive and ZX Spectrum, among other systems.
