BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 release date

3DS and PSP versions coming November.

2D fighting game BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 will launch for 3DS and PSP on 4th November in the UK, publisher Arc System Works has announced.

Continuum Shift 2 is more of a director's cut than a sequel to Continuum Shift, which launched on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 last year.

Shift 2 includes all four DLC characters from the off, plus a brand new Abyss Mode for levelling characters.

The single-player options have been beefed, with two additional story offerings, and a Stylish Mode somehow makes for a "more comfortable" handheld fighting experience.

Home console owners got some of Continuum Shift 2's extras via a title update in May.

A further revision, BlazBlue: Continuum Shift: Extend, will launch this December in Japan on PS3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Vita.
