Shenmue Capsule Toy list - where to find every gacha toy
Where to find every Shenmue Capsule Toy for your gacha collection.
Shenmue Capsule Toys are collectables you can find throughout the game.
Though they are entirely optional, finding them will unlock certain Shenmue Trophies and Achievements, with 50 required in total if you're going for a Platinum or full set of Achievement points.

What you need to know about Capsule Toys in Shenmue
Capsule Toys are collectables you can find throughout the game. These tiny figures - many of which are themed around classic Sega franchises - come from a range of sources, but mainly from dedicated gacha machines in the following locations:
- Outside Abe Store in Sakuragaoka (Virtua Fighter, Sonic)
- Outside Yu Arcade in Dobuita (Sega World, Virtua Fighter Kids)
- Inside the Harbour Lounge at the harbour (Sega World, Vehicle, Port)
They also come from Lucky Dip prizes, getting high scores on arcades, forklift races and slot machines.
An additional note is that there are a set of Capsule Toys you cannot technically unlock in the HD remaster, as they were tied to trading certain Capsule Toys for others as part of the game's Online Disc. Thankfully, the game has unlocked them for you.
