Scribblenauts Unmasked confirmed, stars DC Comics superheroes

Due this autumn for 3DS, PC and Wii U.

DC Comics and 5th Cell crossover Scribblenauts Unmasked has been officially confirmed in a new trailer.

The superhero-filled sandbox game is due to be released this autumn for 3DS, PC and Wii U, Joystiq reported.

Scribblenauts developer 5th Cell has apparently scoured DC Comics' history to include thousands of heroes, villains, superhero items and locations.

Type in "Batman", for example, and you'll see options for the many different versions of the character that have appeared over the years.

The game's library of super men and women is apparently vast - even the sentient planet Mogo is involved.

A new gameplay trailer, embedded below, shows some of the bigger stars in action: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern.

Scribblenauts Unmasked details first appeared online last month, leaked by an insider with recent knowledge of the project.
