Polytron announces Fez 2

Excitement cubed.

Stop everything. Polytron Corporation has used the Horizon indie press conference at E3 to announce Fez 2. It's also released a gloriously minimalist trailer.

That - and the fact that Disasterpiece is involved once again - is literally all we know at the moment. No word on platforms, new game ideas, or whether this one's going to take another five years and almost kill Phil Fish, its creator. Presumably the original Fez programmer Renaud Bedard won't be on coding duties, because he's now working for Capybara. He did retweet the announcement, though, which is lovely.

Why is this exciting? Because Fez is a masterpiece. Trailer below.
