Rogue Ops goes gold

Quietly.

UK developer Bits Studios' promising stealth action title Rogue Ops has gone gold, publisher Kemco has announced. The game will appear on PS2, Xbox and GameCube on December 5th according to European distributor Capcom.

As anybody who caught our ECTS coverage of the game or our subsequent first impressions will know, Rogue Ops is a Jack Of All Stealth Trades sort of title, integrating just about every idea you've ever seen in the genre.

Although it remains to be seen whether the game holds up to extended play (some dodgy AI and balancing issues were a pain in our demo build), we'll be taking a close look when it pitches up closer to release.
