Atari shows off special SaGa pack

Includes FFX-2 Prologue "Eternal Calm".

Atari has released details of a special edition version of Unlimited SaGa for PS2, featuring a special fold-out sleeve peppered with character artwork from illustrator Tomomi Kobayashi and character designer Yusuke Naora, and a second DVD containing the 14-minute "Eternal Calm, Final Fantasy X-2 Prologue" story that formed part of Japan's Final Fantasy X: International edition - never before seen in the west.

Unlimited SaGa is due out on October 31st in Europe. Reviews so far have tempered praise for the depth of the unconventional tale with criticism of the challenge and lack of spectacle. Like the special edition bundle itself, this SaGa looks like one for discerning RPG enthusiasts. If we can find the time to do it justice, we'll be sure to let you know what we think of it.
