FIFA X360 is World Cup edition
X05: Football fanboys delight.
Another morsel to make its way down the line to us from X05 is that EA's FIFA 06: Road to FIFA World Cup, announced as a 360 launch title early this morning, will feature content specific to next year's World Cup. Not too surprising, that - and in-keeping with EA's previous World Cup festivities.
Microsoft also showed off footage of Pro Evolution Soccer, but it was from version 5, which is due out on PS2, Xbox and PC later this month. PES will almost certainly appear on X360 at some point, but we're still waiting on confirmation of that one - we'll check in with our chaps on the grund tomorrow morning.
Still, we'd be very surprised if PES5 wasn't one of the titles prepped to work on Xbox 360 from day one - particularly given its airing at the conference tonight.
