NBA Jam Wii due in October

Electronic Arts' bumper list of E3 titles brings word that the Wii reincarnation of NBA Jam will be released in October.

NBA Jam promises to take the noble and serious art of basketball and smack it up sharp.

As previously announced, there will be two-on-two action, insane slam-dunks and being "on fire". Yes.

There's not much more info available on the game, but early screenshots indicate that players have giant heads.
