Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Sentinel nerfed

Neutralised.

Capcom has nerfed Marvel vs. Capcom 3's Sentinel – who many consider to be the most annoying character in the game.

According to a change list posted on fighting game website Shoryuken, Sentinel's health total is down to 905,000 from 1.3 million.

Some fans have complained that Capcom has gone too far in reducing Sentinel's health. Others believe he is the spawn of Satan, and deserves everything he gets.

The changes come as part of a small patch released yesterday designed to set up the game for the new Event Mode - a series of special challenges due out this week.

Other changes include fixes for the Haggar/Spencer freeze glitch, the Spencer loop and Akuma's infinite.

Simon Parkin's hyper combo caused 8/10 damage in Eurogamer's Marvel vs. Capcom 3 review.
