FIFA 11 makes over £28m in UK alone

FIFA 11 has sold a whopping 821,000 copies in its opening weekend on sale in the UK.
It made £28.93 million – the second best ever day one UK sales, according to MCV.
FIFA 11 is easily the best-selling game in the UK this week. It had the strongest launch of any game in the series, and had the third best week one sales ever in the UK. Modern Warfare 2 and Grand Theft Auto IV remain the first and second biggest.
In total, FIFA 11 accounted for 51 per cent of the UK's total game sales last week.
