Fallout 3 GOTY dated for mid-October

PS3 DLC before then, timing inside.

Bethesda has cemented dates for Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition as well as all five pieces of PS3 DLC.

The GOTY Edition arrives on 16th October for all three formats at £49.99 (€59.99) on PS3 and Xbox 360 or £29.99 (€49.99) on PC. Inside are all five pieces of DLC plus the original game.

Due to the lack of any PS3 DLC so far, a mid-October date had looked unlikely. But that will soon change, and in rapid succession.

First, on 24th September, arrives Broken Steel, followed by Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt on 1st October, and finally Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta on 8th October.

Our reviews of Fallout 3 and each piece of DLC - Operation: Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel, Point Lookout, Mothership Zeta - can be found elsewhere on Eurogamer.
