Nintendo will release Donkey Kong Country Returns in the UK on 3rd December.
The Retro Studios developed Wii-exclusive includes 3D elements, but it's mainly a 2D platformer.
With Diddy on board you and a friend can play co-op. He rides on Donkeys' back and hops off whenever a mate jumps in for multiplayer.
The gameplay rekindles memories of Rare's 1994 SNES classic. There are mine cart levels, swinging from vines and golden KONG letters.
Unfortunately Nintendo UK has no plans to release the Wii Remote banana pouch US retailer Gamestop is offering as a Donkey Kong Country Returns pre-order bonus. For shame.
