Civ5 patch kills resource multiply bug

Cries for Hotseat and Pitboss heard.

Are you enjoying a Civilization V trade bug whereby your Resource inventory miraculously multiplies? Pity - it's going to be eliminated.

2K has shared details of the first chunky patch for Sid Meier's empire building game. The corrections span multiplayer, modding, AI, gameplay, user interface and miscellaneos.

2K has "no ETA right now" for the patch, and the contents are still only partially complete.

Incidentally, 2K hasn't ignored pleas for Hotseat and Pitboss additions. "That will be coming in a later patch," community manager 2K Greg promised.

Sid Meier's Civilization V arrived in September. Quintin Smith delivered the verdict for Eurogamer.
