Bionic Commando Rearmed in May

Simultaneously on 360, PC, PS3.

Capcom is aiming at May for its remake of the NES shooter Bionic Commando.

The publisher aired its plans to videogaming247 at GDC, tentatively promising a simultaneous launch on Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC.

Bionic Commando tells the story of a strange man with a mechanical arm that has a grappling hook in it. He never gets past security in airports but he can swing around computer games like Spider-Man. Shoots guns, too, and throws people around with his grappler.

Bionic Commando: Rearmed will have 2D gameplay in 3D environments, and apparently looks quite smart.

It's a clever way to get the word out about its proper 'next-gen' Bionic Commando game, too.

Take a look around our Bionic Commando gamepages below, maybe you'll find something.
