Far Cry 5 - Deep Dive solution

How to find and complete Far Cry 5's Deep Dive treasure puzzle.

Far Cry 5 Deep Dive is a puzzle you have to solve within the Holland Valley region.

It's one of many Prepper Stash locations you'll find throughout the game, all giving you rewards once you solve and figure out how to access them.

Deep Dive solution

Location: Laurel Residence

Rewards: $1,000, 3 x perk magazines

Head towards the Lauren Residence, located southwest of Fall's End (and east from the crop circle on your map). You'll see a group of cultists milling around the house and its yard, including a VIP.

You can either go in all guns blazing or snipe from a distance - we found sniping far easier with a tougher VIP involved.

When the area is clear, head inside the house, and look for the Prepper Stash note on a counter in the kitchen. Now, head outside and look for a small hut at the back of the yard. You'll see a note pinned to a wall next to locked door.

To the right of the note is a hatch. Open the hatch and climb down. You'll now be inside a flooded bunker. Swim across and grab the key on the table (it's underwater so you'll need to dive down).

You'll also see a room at the back that's boarded up, but you won't be able to get inside until the water level has been drained. So swim back to the ladder, climb to the top then head back towards the hut with the locked door.

Unlock the door, head inside and turn right - you'll see a yellow switch on the wall. Flip it and the water in the bunker will begin to drain.

Now head back down the ladder inside the bunker and you should now be able to reach the boarded-up doorway. Shoot it or melee it to destroy the planks. Enter the room to find your Prepper Stash ready and waiting.

There's also a safe in here, so if you have C4 or the Locksmith perk unlocked you'll be able to raid this, too. Be sure to fill up on dynamite and ammo before you leave as there will be ample sources of both in here.
