have announced a new RPG, the improbably titled "Arcanum : Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura", currently being developed by Troika. It's a new company, but as it's founded by members of the team behind classic sci-fi RPGs Fallout and Fallout 2 we're expecting great things from them...
