Watchmen coming to XBLA tomorrow

Play as Rorschach or Nite Owl.

The videogame tie-in for new movie Watchmen is being released on Xbox Live Arcade tomorrow.

Watchmen: The End Is Nigh sees you hunting down Underboss, who has escaped from prison. Playing as Rorschach or Nite Owl, you must scout the alleys and rooftops and take out up to 20 enemies at a time.

There are six chapters in the single-player game, and you can also play co-operatively or competitively via the split-screen multiplayer mode.

Watchmen: The End Is Nigh will be available on Xbox Live from 9am GMT this Wednesday. It will set you back 1600 Microsoft Points (GBP 13.60 / EUR 19.20).

The game is also due for a release on PlayStation Network, and will presumably be available when the PSN Store gets updated on Thursday. There's no word on how much it'll cost just yet.
