South Park: The Stick of Truth does not use Uplay

It's a Steam game, Obsidian confirms.

South Park: The Stick of Truth does not use Ubisoft's digital platform Uplay, developer Obsidian has confirmed.

On Twitter Obsidian said Uplay had not been integrated into the role-playing comedy at all, despite the game being published by Ubisoft.

Rather, it's a Steam game with all that entails, including Steam achievements.

South Park launches on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 7th March.
