Labo VR update coming to Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker

A new addition to Toad's tools.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker on Switch is the next title to join Nintendo's growing list of games you can play with Labo VR.

Out today in Japan, the new update will let players explore four different levels with Labo's cardboard VR goggles.

On top of this, Japanese owners of Nintendo Switch Online will be able to download and play Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for free between 1st and 11th August.

It's not the first game to receive a Labo update after it's initial release - this year both Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild got VR support, and last year Mario Kart 8 Deluxe got official Labo controller support.

Treasure Tracker's update and free download are yet to be announced for anywhere else - we're checking now with Nintendo on when they might appear in the UK.
