A sequel to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has been unveiled via a new trailer.

Those who haven't finished the first game and don't like spoilers should look away now. For those who are still reading...

The Force Unleashed II will see the return of Galen "Starkiller" Marek, who appears to be not dead after all. He wields a pair of blue lightsabers in the trailer, suggesting he's now a Jedi. But is it that simple? Not if the conflicting voiceovers by Yoda and Darth Vader are anything to go by.

LucasArts has yet to announce which platforms the game is coming to, but judging by the URL for the new website - Unleashed2010.com - we'll get to play the game next year.

The original Force Unleashed scored a healthy 7/10 from Eurogamer when it was released in 2008. Read our review for the full lowdown.
