Fallout TV show in the works - rumour

Bethesda trademarks "an on-going television program set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic world." Hmm...

Fallout publisher Bethesda Softworks has registered a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for "an on-going television program set in a post-nuclear apocalyptic world."

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to deduce that it's more than likely referring to its critically acclaimed post-apocalyptic RPG series Fallout.

This coincides with last week's cryptic tweets from voice actor Erik Todd Dellums - who played DJ Three Dog in Fallout 3 - that stated, "To all my #Fallout3 and #ThreeDog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed!"

He then added, "How was that for a tease! I was given permission to release that tease, so fingers crossed."

Fans speculated that he was referring to the as of yet unannounced Fallout 4, but perhaps he was hinting at the TV show instead?

Or, you know, Bethesda could be making a Rage TV show, but I don't think I'm alone in thinking that wouldn't be as cool.

Maaaaaaaaaybe...
