Crackdown 2 dev working on new games

"High action, visceral" with an online focus.

Crackdown 2 developer Ruffian Games is working on new games and it's really excited about them.

The Scottish studio describes them as "high action, visceral titles" that are "heavily focused on online".

In a blog post titled Hunting for Programmers, studio head Gaz Liddon acknowledged the lack of detail provided.

"Since completing Ruffian's first born, Crackdown 2, we've now moved onto a couple of new games," he said.

"Rather boringly as is the case for most nascent projects we're unable to talk about them in any detail right now."

Crackdown 2 launched to critical and commercial success last summer. Eurogamer awarded it 8/10, and it debuted at number one in the UK all-formats chart.

Is Ruffian working on a third Crackdown game?
