Bethesda announces Starfield, its "next generation" RPG

Spaaaace.

Bethesda closed its E3 conference with the confirmation it was working on Starfield, a "next generation" first-person sci-fi role-paying game.

We saw a ship unfurl itself in space via a very brief teaser trailer, before it warped out of existence. Mysterious.

No release date or platforms were mentioned, but the way it was described suggests it will not be launched for the current round of PlayStation or Xbox hardware.

Oh yes, and then Bethesda confirmed it was also working on The Elder Scrolls 6.
