Pre-orders of Battlefield 3 are ten times higher than those of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, EA has announced.
A line in its fiscal Q1 earnings report today also noted that forthcoming MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic had broken the publisher's all-time pre-order record.
As reported earlier today, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has just hit nine million sales to date, boding well for DICE's forthcoming effort.
Battlefield 3 is out for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 28th October, whereas The Old Republic is expected sometime before the end of the calendar year.
