After numerous polls Capcom has decided to sell the Alternative Edition of Resident Evil 5 as DLC this spring. That's what you wanted, apparently.

Famously, this add-on brings PS3 wand support, as announced by Capcom during the Sony TGS 2009 conference.

But there's also enough content to warrant an Xbox 360 version: a new scenario called Lost in Nightmares that reunites Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, who must infiltrate the Spencer Estate.

There's no word on price.
