You'll find this stone tablet in Odysseus' Palace on the island of Ithaka. This area is patrolled by guards, but you'll visit here as part of the main storyline quest early on. The stone tablet is located in the ruins on the very highest point of the palace grounds. Look for a skeleton on the topmost floor. The stone tablet is next to him.

Riddle clue: If you retrace the steps of Odysseus and take the path north, you will find a goat farm in Ithaka where he once met Athena. She helped him with a disguise to reclaim his wife and kill her suitors. Find your reward on a slaughtered goat.

As the clue suggests, head north until you find the goat farm (a prompt will pop up on-screen if you haven't been here before. You'll find the slaughtered goat on the steps in front of the first hut. You'll earn a boosted Damage with Swords and Daggers engraving.
