LAST TIME, ON NEWS ITEM: "I can't live without you, reader. Only now, as we are trapped under this pile of Dan who puts the screenshots up's Travel Hungry Hippos packaging, do I see that clearly for the first time." "Better than Halo lol." "Pass me that non-sequitur, I'm unaware of any cabbages." And now, the thrilling continuation, where it emerges that the US PlayStation 3 Store has more downloadable games than us this week.

Yes, they have Toy Home (USD 9.99), but also Snakeball (USD 9.99 - and a demo of it), Trials of Topoq (USD 4.99) and Mesmerize: Distort (USD 1.99) - the latter pairing requiring PlayStation Eye to work, because they are PlayStation Eye games. There is also a downloadable PSone version of Warhawk (yes, the old one - USD 5.99), and a demo of the sadly-a-bit-rubbish Blacksite: Area 51.

In terms of add-ons, the US gets the Warhawk expansion we all know about, the MotorStorm Holiday Paint Job we've already done the only joke we can think of about, some free Folklore Holiday content, some Rock Band downloadable content ("Brass in Pocket" by The Pretenders, "Buddy Holly" by Weezer and "My Iron Lung" by Radiohead - USD 1.99 each), and a free downloadable "We Three Kings" song for Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, a bit like the Xbox 360 one.

Meanwhile, the US PSP Store PC thing Internets has SOCOM: US Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo (USD 14.99), and between the two stores there are lots of downloadable trailers and videos but don't get too excited or you'll use up all the oxygen it's okay reader hold on someone will be coming for us but what I am secretly not telling you is that it may be over a week before we are listed overdue oh my geeeeeeehd.
