Rune Factory 4 Nintendo 3DS announced

Out in Japan this year. Heading west?

Rune Factory 4 has been announced for release in Japan on Nintendo 3DS this year.

The next game in the Harvest Moon RPG spin-off series was revealed by the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu.

Nerland Co. Ltd is once again at the helm. A greater emphasis on the relationship mechanics is promised, as well as the addition of events for couples.

The male and female leads are called Les and Frey.

Siliconera translated Famitsu and popped a long list of details on the internet.

A western release is yet to be announced.

We Europeans are still awaiting the launch of Rune Factory 3, which is reportedly due out on these shores on 30th September.

Rising Star Games brought Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon to the UK in October last year.
